Icicle

Icicle

Icicle, please don’t go, I can't stand to be alone

Watching you drip away, hardly makes me want to stay

Standing here, palms are wet, Past lives fell through the net

The house stand stills, the cold crumbles, A brief inhale, another knock

Through the window, I sit and stare, water drips from my hair

A tear shaped moon is overhead, telling me to go to bed

The arrival of sleep, a poisoned well, empty hands, a muffled yell

I fall into a familiar dream, someone else comes out for me

Icicle, please don’t go, I can't stand to be alone

Icicle, please don’t go, I can't stand to be alone

Icicle, please don’t go, I can't stand to be alone

Icicle, please don’t go, I can't stand to be alone
